Designation: Brand Manager - Life Insurance
Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for
• Managing the MNYL Product Brand for the HNI segment
• Seller engagement strategy in tandem with the sales team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advertising
• Work with the advertising agency and media agency
• Working on creative briefs and insights for the HNI segment
• Work with research agency for in sighting and feedback
• Ensure timely launch of campaigns
• Monitor performance of agency
• Drive brand awareness and recall
• Drive brand awareness and recall through ‘Best in Class’ Alliances and advertising campaigns
• Focus on establishing a connect with the target audience and position the product offering successfully
• Marketing Support
• Support the Sales Team with marketing collaterals eg. POS material , sales tools etc.
• Reporting
• Brand Awareness scores and Brand Track Research
• Create and publish clear objectives and expectations from alliances with all roles in the process clearly defined
• Publish a monthly update on alliances
• Others
• Develop and manage relationships across industries to suitably tap opportunities way before competition therefore giving MNYL a competitive edge

This is the first time such a model has been put in place for rural marketing of insurance.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

- 4-5 years experience in Brand , Client servicing in Advertising Agency also acceptable.
