Job Description :    

Purpose:

The jobholder is responsible for providing new business and customer services support through the call centre.

Context:

The jobholder will work within the customer services function focusing on new business and policy servicing.

Main Priorities:

• Deliver efficient, effective, professional and courteous service  to intermediaries and customers

• Address all customer and agent requests and queries withinestablished timeframes and service levels

• Take follow up action in respect of customer queries, requestsand complaints and ensure effective closure

• Be proactive towards service level timelines and qualitymetrics as defined in the delivery model

Qualifications:

Skills/ Knowledge:

• 0 - 2 years experience in customer services or operations in a multinational company, preferably in the financial services/ BPO sector
