Job Description:
1) Implement Employee Engagement & Communication initiatives as per the regional calendar
2) Visit branches and conduct sessions for SMs on HR Policies/Processes
3) Timely resolution of employee queries and issues
4) Deft handling of employee complaints & grievances
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Skill sets:
1) Should have exposure to employee engagement and welfare activities.
2) Should have deft understanding of Grievance Handling.
3) Should be willing to travel.
4) Should have experience of attrition management.
