Designation: Lead Technical - Analytics - Customer Intelligence team

Job Description:

- Providing technical leadership to the entire CIU team through: Data management, analytical infrastructure & vendor management and facilitating execution of analytical solutions

- Liaising with the IT/MIT teams for facilitating availability of analytical variables/deficient data ( data not flowing in data warehouse)

- Driving Business Intelligence initiatives, conducting POCs for implementation of new analytical techniques and evaluation of new analytical tools

- Performing data-mining and statistical analysis, including predictive modeling, to develop database-marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition/ retention, enhance customer experience, and maximize customer lifetime contribution.
- Developing clear, concise, and actionable insights into customer characteristics and behavior

- Understanding diverse product sets that HDFC Bank offers across its Asset, Liability and Card business

- Designing and implementing meaningful tests and analytical approaches to address business needs

- Analyzing and measuring the business impact of analytical scorecards and other customer communications.

- Engaging with business teams in the bank in the development and implementation of data-driven Strategies.

Desired Profile:

- Academic background in Computer Technology/Science, Economics, Statistics, and Operation Research preferred.

- Excellent quantitative skills and project management abilities are a must.
- Financial knowledge, competencies in practical predictive analysis and modeling will be an advantage.

- Programming and basic software skills are an added advantage.

- 1 Full-Time positions available.

- Should have exposure to IT procedures/systems (Architecture of DBMS, configuration of IT systems, data extraction/manipulation techniques)
