Job Description:
* Management Reporting: Responsible for monthly preparation and production of MI for Business partners and also work with the team in performing MI related tasks. Analyze the results of the process, investigate significant variances. Responsible for investigating abnormal variances compared to previous months, compare trends, interpret and Analyze business information and provide onshore team with action oriented commentary.
* Annual/rolling plan/Variance Analysis/Forecasts : Must be able to support Planning and Forecasting activities. Also must have an eye for a detail to analyze and explain variances and help business partners to derive actionable conclusions.
* Ad hoc reporting To turn around ad hoc requests with in agreed TAT and Quality standards
* Ability to effectively communicate with the Business Partner

Skills Required
* Exposure to Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Management Reporting (exposure to Financial Systems, working in ERP environments and exposure to business intelligence tool usage would be added advantage)
* Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel is a must.
* Working knowledge on TM1 and People soft GLP and People soft NVision will be preferred.
* High levels of analytical skills and ability to learn things in a short span of time
