Development , Support & Maintenance of Software Applications
Interacting with users for system requirements and understanding
Drafting of System requirement documents and system specifications
Leading the team of Software Developers and Support engineers and executing the defined task and projects
Troubleshooting of problems

Desired Profile:
Candidate should have knowledge in:
• Java/J2EE Skills:
• Core Java, OOPS concepts
• Java Servlets, JSP, EJB basics (Session,Entity and Message Driven beans, Transaction, RMI etc), basics of JMS etc.
• XML, Web services
Savvion Skills:
• Development of BizLogic and BizSolo applications.
• Development of bizlogic and bizsolo adapters (OTB as well as custom adapters )adaplets
• Rule definition using Bizpulse and BRMS
• Work flow and form development using BPM studio/Form editor
• Knowledge of Struts/IBATIS/Spring framework
• Reports development (Out-of-the box reports, Jasper reports etc.), knowledge of Business
DB Skills:
• Database basics
• SQL (Oracle, MS SQL)
Competencies:
• Good design and development skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
