Desired Profile :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailed hands-on responsibility for business requirement gathering, analysis, testing and implementation of new releases and applications
- Interface between India business and Technology Vendors to drive the resolutions on defects, change requests or new functionality
- Understand the detailed processes from functional and technical standpoint
- Undertake business process mapping/re-engineering activities
- Work with other colleagues in IT to collectively fulfil the system delivery responsibilities on project, that have cross-functional inter-linkages
- Responsible for gathering and documenting the functional requirements/change requests, and work with the business contact points for finalizations and signoffs
- Responsible for preparing and tracking the Project Plans of the various ongoing projects
- Should send regular updates on the status of various ongoing projects
- Should timely escalate project slippages, risks and any other issues to immediate supervisor and stakeholders
- Responsible for preparing comprehensive test plans and thorough testing of the system keeping the business users involved in the UAT
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To maintain a healthy working relationship with the business users and other members of the IT Team
- Responsible for evaluation of new solutions and software vendors
- Responsible for overall performance, cost and delivery of business applications
- Act as a thought leader to India business functions on technology applications
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Engineer / MBA from a reputed institute
- Or, a MCA from a reputed institute
Experience : 2 - 7 Years
