Job Description:
Responsibilities
Handling Liability products such as current accounts, saving accounts, D-mat Accounts and cross sell investment products.
Ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Achieving Direct sales targets with required productivity in liability and cross sell products.
Maintenance of regular MIS.
Driving the team to source Current Account and Savings Account for allocated branches.

Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Good communication skills.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or equivalent.
