Designation: Sales Manager - Insurance

Job Description:

Responsibilities

A Sales Manager in Insurance Telesales -is part of the team which looks after the Life Insurance business of our business partners HDFC Life & General insurance of HDFC Ergo . The SM has the following responsibilities

1. The SM is responsible for the achievement of Sales volume targets through dedicated team(either as a SM for Life Insurance or for Non Life i.e General Insurance) through a dedicated team of Tele sales executives and CSEs (Contractual Sales Executives who are attached to only the Life Insurance team)
2. Selection and Recruitment of TSEs/CSEs in the team as per predefined budgets/plan( approx 15/20 TSEs and varies depending on the grade of the SM)
3. Training and development of team with the support of above Business Partners/Quality and Product team for business growth/productivity management/enhancement.
4. The SM is responsible for the achievement of predefined productivity for TSEs/Self so to achieve the targets allocated on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
5. The SM has to ensure business achievement within the budgeted costs.(CTI- Cost to income)
6. Building relationship with Channel Partners i.e HDFC Life and HDFC Ergo for business development and growth.
7. Maintain basic sales hygiene in terms of following sales processes/customer complaint resolutions/process fulfillment etc.

Desired Profile:

Requirements

Candidate must be a Graduate/ Postgraduate in any field.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or equivalent.
