Designation: Regional Trainer-North
Job Description:
• Extensive travelling required for at least 15 days per month to our branches located at Delhi/NCR, Gurgaon and Kolkata
• Candidate must possess good communication, presentation, analytical and content designingskills.
• Identifying training needs of the staff.
• Design and execute a training calendar
• Create, capture, and maintain MIS. Generate reports about various training activities and its effect on the performance.
• Maintain inventories / files & related documentation for Sales Training.

• Responsible for conducting training sessions through face-to-face medium.
• To develop, design and conduct classroom training programs for the organizational staff.
• Should be open to extensive travelling
• Training experience in Mortgage / Non Housing Loan Industry preferred.
