* Identifying & appointing the potential Business Associates. (BAs)
* Develop BAs through coaching, training, team management & support.
* Helping BAs to appoint/develop/recruit the channels of advisors.
* Plan, Monitor and Review BAs on a regular basis – to drive their team Activity, Case Rate and Case Size.
* Achieve the assigned targets on all parameters.
Desired Skills:
* Graduate/ PG with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
* Experience of channel development is must.
* Good communication/ presentation skills.
* Target oriented.
