1.Effectively control and supervise all the branches in all administrative aspects of the region
2.Monitor and motivate all branches in the region
3.Ensuring all the branches are achieving their business target
4.Responsible for overall business development of the region
5.Responsible for branch expansion of the region .

- Candidate should be retired from nationalized bank from Scale 5 or above.
