Responsibilities

* To respond and resolve to customer queries received on e-mail

* Ensure quality parameters are met with every response sent to customers

* Liaise with various branches / departments for complete resolution of customer query / complaint within committed TAT

Desired Profile :

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Art , Master of Commerce , Master of Computer Application/ Computer Science, Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Commerce, Finance/ Accountancy/  Banking, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Science & Technology, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.

Required skill(s): good oral, written communication skills.

* Graduate with Min 1-2 years experience in customer service / overall banking
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
* Should have knowledge of banking operations, procedures and systems.
* Should have good oral and written communication skills
* Strong knowledge of liability products, Process and Finware.
