Job Description :
* To generate, manage & convert leads generated from Branch network.
* To manage and motivate agencies to generate leads, through devising different motivating techniques.
* Need to develop business by closely liasoning with ADM / BM/ RM / PB sales channels.
* Cross sell insurance and other liability products to customers acquired through the different channels
* To Handle 5 - 8 Executives to generate Business through different channels & manage disbursement of loans with in the stipulated TAT.
