Designation : Relationship Manager - NRI Services

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

* Customer Management
* Manage 125-200 NRI Preferred Relationships
* Ensure Customer Level Processes are in place for every Customer Relationship Ensure 100% customers are contacted every Month
* Ensure that Customers are aware of the Preferred Benefits
* Ensure highest quality service to all NRI Customers
* Business Generation
* Generate incremental revenue as defined
* Retain and deepen the Liability Relationship
* Improve CTG /IPH of the Portfolio Customers
* Acquire New NRI Accounts
* Cross Sell Products- Direct Banking, TPP, Assets, Gold etc.
* Branch NRI Customer Management
* Provide Support to the Branches assigned
* Ensure that every Branch has a NRI Champions
* Ensure Training of NRI Champions & Branch Staff
* Ensure Servicing and Sales to Branch NRI Customers
* Joint Calls with Branch Staff for NRI Customers
* Support the Branch by carrying out initiatives to achieve NRI Business Targets
* Single point contact for the cluster for NRI Business

Desired Profile :

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Business Administration or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.

* 2 Full-Time positions available.
