Job Description:
* Achieve the set targets across multiple metrics like:
* i) Sourcing of credit card applications with the help of the team and branch support
* ii) Portfolio growth
* iii) Branch Trainings on products and card offers
* v) Cross Sell numbers and value added credit card features, such as insurance. COC etc.
* Managing productivity of the sales team
* Hiring of sales/relation team.

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
