Designation: Manager - Rewards and Recognition

Job Description:

Purpose:

The jobholder is responsible for building and facilitating development of people aligned to achieving the strategic business goals of the Company by strengthening the core organisation capability - its people. He/ she primarily works in all areas related to Reward & Recognition

Context:

The jobholder will work closely with the Head – R&R and senior management in developing and executing best people practices that support the departmental and business growth. The jobholder will be spearheading for the channel & its development.

Main Priorities:

• Build and facilitate a robust R & R and transparent performance management platform for its customers who in turn drive business for the company. He should ensure each individual, team members is aligned to its business target.

• He shall Design/ Run/ Implement/ Co-ordinate all R&R initiatives, along with rigorous follow-up through a mix of in-house and external interventions

• He shall design effective business strategy which has a direct impact on people & business growth

• He shall look into the interest of its customers and proactively identifying critical business issues and address them through the development and effective implementation of R& R initiatives

• Effectively network & communication with people in order to pick up the best practice of the organisation effective R&R platforms to perform, negotiate to build a strong Organisation culture & style, that propagates group values

Dimensions:

• Ensure cohesiveness among team members & cross function i.e. internal & external

• Liasing with function heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of R&R initiatives

• Coordinating and working with the team across all centres in the country for designated R&R/ HR Functions.

• Would ensure proper documentation and filing of contest as per set guidelines

• Will be responsible for internal coordination with different departments to ensure timely approvals are taken

• Will play an important role in conceptualising and driving communication of contests

Key Outputs:

• Support in building an R&R function that works across the business, supports and enables business needs, & drive the business, also engage through innovative, flexible service offerings

• Successful development and implementation of R&R strategies and processes aligned to focus business success

• Shall have strong Aviva culture by providing conduits for people to contribute and practice the Aviva values

• Strict maintenance of calendar and process, which needs to be implemented, analysed, as per each program.
