Designation : Relationship Leader- Business Banking (3-5 Years)

Job Description :

* Primary responsibility is to bring fresh Liability and Trade business, both by new acquisition as well as by cross – sell; by focusing on non - fund asset products like LC, BG, LCBD etc.

* Core Products to be offered are : LC / BG, LCBD, Cash Credit Facility, WCDL.

* Cross Sell : FOREX , Treasury Deals , CASA , FD.

* Focus on offering financial solutions for their working capital requirements, cash management and trade financing.

* Maintain highest portfolio quality by proactive account management and early alert process.

* Track the latest development in the industry, sector and regulations.

* Consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base with help of the Transactional Banking Group for Trade and CMS, Corporate Finance Group for Project Funding, Corporate and Institutional Banking Group for Channel/ Corporate linked vendor and dealer financing.

* Responsible for the bottom line as well as top line targets for self as well as the Relationship Partner by ensuring bench mark productivity.

* Market mapping of the cluster, strategies for expansion of market base and proactively working towards development of new products /new markets along with the Product Development Team.

- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit

- High levels of general knowledge / current affairs; especially in financial matters.
