Primary Responsibilities
1) Business Development
• Develop new business with effective leadership qualities and entrepreneurial skills
• Identify opportunities for business and marketing of the company’s products.
• Customer relationship and spread the brand to increase the customer foot count.
• Take initiative and innovate sales technique to increase customer base.
• Plan business according to the targets.
• Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation
2.) People Management
• Identify and recruit Field Sales Officer as per the business requirements
• Identify training needs and conduct training for Field Sales Officers - Theoretical and Practical on field.
• Coach Field Sales Officers to give their best in business
• Monitor the activities of Field Sales Officers and manage performance accordingly
• Undertake performance reviews of Field Sales Officers and provide feedback.
• Retain high performing Field Sales Officers by showing strong leadership qualities.
3). Customer Service
• Ensuring high degree of client management and customer satisfaction by providing guidance to Field Sales Officers
• Handle customer complaints and queries and resolving it with quality.
• Channelize customer feedback to the appropriate departments as inputs to support the organization to develop client centered product.
