Designation: Sales Manager - Agency Sales
Job Description:
• Agent Management – Identifying, recruiting and managing advisors from the respective region
• Carry out market segment for effective penetration
• Hire appropriate agents in their respective market segments
• Train and motivate agents to understand market/products
• Help agents to achieve maximum business
• Monitoring and reviewing agents’ performance
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
• Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group/Micro Finance Institution/NGO’s etc
