Designation : Manager-Channel Development
Job Description :
• Formulate business specific integrated marketing activation and communications strategies for all channel businesses at branch level
• Establish meaningful partnerships with industry associations channel Partner, Agency and seek new distribution opportunity to meet overall business goals for all channel businesses.
• Develop all local marketing materials &customer letters.
(Standard cost to be defined by Procurement so that it can be managed locally)
• Establish and manage relationships with service providers for Onground agency, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition programmers at branch level
• Efficiently manage the budget to meet desired branding and visibility objective and maximize ROI at branch level.
• Offer strategic counsel and support for other channel initiatives branch level
• Coordinate with research agencies to provide market & customer research advice & execution support, whenever necessary.
• Act as a key driver to liaise among key stakeholders at different departments of Max Bupa & external agencies/vendors to facilitate & ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Ensure full compliance of brand guidelines creative by Brand, Legal & Compliance teams.
• Special support to top agents and corporate partners
• Local affinities tie-ups for business.
• Develop Customer reference program.
