2. Responsible for their individual as well as Team’s top line and bottom-line.
3. To liaise with insurance companies for risk inspection, policy wording and Claims settlement.
4. Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction / grievance redressal.
5. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.
