Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities: Marketing Analytics, Campaign Operations and Experience with CRM applications, Sound Database Knowledge.
Skill & Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years relevant experience with the following skills:
Hands on Experience in Database technologies, SQL Server, Oracle 9i, Programming Knowledge.
Experience in quality MIS, Business Trends reporting, campaign reporting
Datawarehouse knowledge.
Marketing Analytics knowledge would be added advantage.
Technology: Good applied understanding of technology applications in key areas of campaign operations, campaign management, CRM, Enterprise Marketing Tools. Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in new applications of technology to business process automation.
Soft skills: Conceptualization and Communication: Excellent written, verbal articulation skills /presentation skills. Needs to have ability to work in teams and leading teams.
Maintain consistently high levels of business satisfaction scores by ensuring quality in delivery.
Works effectively to ensure complete ownership of program delivery.
Strict Adherence to quality measures set up by the department.
