Job Description:
Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing new to bank current account for a given set of branches .Would also have cross sell targets for savings, insurance and retail assets.
Responsible for ensuring that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are met
Would be Responsible for Current Accounts Acquisition as per the branch wise sales plan
Would be responsible for leading and motivating the team.(Team Leaders and CSEs)
Meet all Top end Merchants / Establishments in the catchments area for sourcing.
Would be Responsible for Current Account / Current Account PLUS portfolio enhancement for the respective Branches.
Liaise with Product Team for Approvals etc.

Candidate should be a full time graduate and /or MBA in Marketing
Minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate should possess good Communication skill
Candidates would be preferred from banks and should have experience in sourcing current accounts, merchants, loan products.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
