Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Will be responsible for the MIS processing and delivery of reports allocated.
* Ensure timeliness & Accuracy in reports delivery as per scheduled deadlines.
* Own and run processes required for reporting.
* Automate existing manual reports.
* Automation of various procedures in the report generation process.
* Identifying gaps in the reporting process if any and effecting a solution for them.
* Constantly identify reporting needs of the Key stake holders that will assist them with timely information to take business decisions.

* Should be smart and have good technical hands on experience.
* Person should be comfortable working with numbers and understand data trends.
* Have excellent number crunching skills.
* Logical and analytical thinking.
* Good communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn a new domain quickly.
* Self motivated team player capable of working independently.
* Ability to complete assigned tasks on time.
* Should be organized and have a systematic approach.
* 3+ years experience in Operations/Technical experience on MIS processing.
* Experience in industries like Banking and Insurance, Financial services, ITES/KPO. etc.
* Graduate/Post graduate. Prefer in the field of Computer science and IT background.
* Excellent Knowledge of:
* SQL
* MS Word, Excel
* Foxpro
* MS Access
* Working knowledge of RDBMS
* Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:
* Experience of working on Business Objects/Crystal
* Data Integrator
* DTS
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
