Designation: Sr Manager / Manager - HR (Urgent Opening)
Job Description:
To be the single point of contact for all HR functions for Sales Channels and Support groups.
To be accountable for manpower planning, recuitment, operations, performance management and all day-to-day HR activities for the assigned groups.
To provide support and act as one point contact for North and West region with respect to recruitment, operations and trainings.
To initiate and coordinate Induction Programs for Corporate Office on a regular basis.
To manage CFP certification project.
To manage and coordinate trainings and maintain MIS for mandatory certifications like NISM, IRDA, NCFM etc.
To manage third party vendors (naukri / temp staffing / placement consultants).
To manage HR projects like Best Employer surveys, Internship program and training related projects.
To manage campus hiring.
To manage Employee Referral Program.
To be responsible for General administration of corporate office - Housekeeping staff reporting, Billing, MIS and Seating Arrangements.
To manage any new project as and when required.
