Designation: Relationship Partner - Business Banking

Job Description:

* Help the Relationship Leader in acquisition of New–to–Bank Business Banking SME relationships with a turnover of up to 200 crores through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach.

* Acquiring Current Accounts (preferably International Trade), CMS, FD-backed trade products (LC / BG); within the parameters set by the bank.

* Cross Sell products like FOREX, Treasury Deals, CASA, Fixed Deposits, Insurance (both Life & Non Life) & Investment Products.

* Co-ordinate with the service teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of the client.

* Consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base with help of the Transactional Banking Group for Trade and CMS Cross sell.

* Help the Relationship Leader in meeting the targets - both in respect of bottom line as well as top line by ensuring bench mark productivity.

Experience in Sales and relationship management.

* Proven success track record.

* Experience in handling all Banking & Investment Products.

* Demonstrated ability in Sales planning.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

* Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.

* Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit

* High levels of general knowledge / current affairs; especially in financial matters.
