Designation: Application Support
Job Description:
1. Develop system requirements, based on discussions with business groups of their requirements
2. Application support to the business users for the business applications (such as front office, back office, risk management, PMS, etc.)
3. Project Management, including Implementation & UAT of the business applications
4. Assistance/support for MIS for business applications
5. Analyse scope changes adequately before asking Application developers to commence making the changes
6. Status reporting to business stakeholders
7. Single point of escalation / connect for business
8. Vendor interactions for project management, reporting, resolution of issues and development/ enhancements as per user requirements

1.Experience of working in similar role as application support / project management in similar environment/ similar business applications
2. Excellent knowledge of functional domain of Mutual Fund/ Capital Markets/ PMS
3. Excellent communication skills- written and oral
4. Expereince in working in specfic LOB - part of similar busines unit or supporting busness unit as part of IT
5. Basic development skills - SQL / any major development language and Database (Oracle/MS SQL) knowledge
6. Good project management skills
