Position :- Rajkot & Bhavnagar ( Gujarat )

* Identifying Training needs of SBIL employees and distributors through discussions with the area incharge.
* Design and execute a training calendar in consultation with ATM /RTM.
* Create, capture, and maintain MIS. Generate various reports about various training activities and its effect on the performance
* Maintain inventories / files & related documentation for Training Team
* Undertake all such activities for the effective implementation of training strategy under the guidance ATM / RTM.
