Job Description :
- Achieve disbursement targets for the Personal Loans business through lead generation and
fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
- Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
- Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
- Achieve targets of cross sell products.
- Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors
