Purpose:
The jobholder is responsible for timely, efficient and appropriate resolution to customer’s emails
Context:
The jobholder will work within the customer services function focusing on Customer communications

Main Priorities:
• Deliver efficient, effective, professional and courteous service customers
• Address to customer’s emails and queries under specific established timeframes & service levels
• Take follow up action in respect of customer queries, requests and complaints and ensure effective closure
• Be proactive towards service level timelines and quality metrics as defined in the delivery model

Qualifications:
Graduate from a reputed university/ institute.
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Fluency in written English
• Adept at professional letter writing.
• Excellent customer service skills including strong communication and listening capabilities
• Proficient in MS office
Experience:
• 1 - 3 years experience in customer services or operations in a multinational company, preferably in the financial services/ BPO sector with minimum 1 year in cpmplaints redressal.
Experience : 1 - 3 Years
Role : Associate/Sr. Associate -(NonTechnical)
Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
