Designation: Marketing Lead
Job Description:
1) To assist the Marketing Operation Manager & the Sales function through activities like Sales promotions, Market research and Event management with a view to development / increment of business.
2) To provide support to the Sales force in customer acquisition activities and in maintaining a high level of constant and continuous activities.
3) To manage Sales Collaterals for the Area in a timely and cost effective manner.
4) To set up feedback/ communication mechanism that encourages and fosters sharing of best practices across the Field Sales System.
5) Responsible for achieving results within defined timelines and expense Budgets.

Desired Profile:
1. Development and execution of Database gathering activities (Sales Promotions) for Lead generation.
2. Develop and execute local in-market activation plans in consultation with the Marketing Operations Manager, the Territory Managers and Cluster Managers
3. Tracking the effectiveness of these local in-market activities in generating Customers Leads by way of enabling feedback and tracking the efficiency of conversion of these leads for future reference
4. Monitoring the effective use of budgets allocated for In-Market Activation as well as Sales Support
5. Identify local vendors and event managers to ensure the localization of events while maintaining ING Vysya standards
6. Support the Sales teams during New City Launches with Signage & Visibility, Lead Generation Activities and Recruitment advertisements
7. Act as the local coordinator for any national/ regional level marketing program and function as the single point of contact for all marketing activities.
8. Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales team to reinforce our products and brands in the market.
9. Provide publicity and other collateral material support for local activities wherever required.
10. Support the Lead Management System in tracking fulfillment.
